Warranty

All Seth's Gun Leather products are guaranteed to be free from defects in  material and workmanship. All items with the following exceptions can be returned for exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met.

1. Any item returned for exchange or refund must be unused and in as new condition
    
2. Belts that are made to the individual sizing specifications that you specify on your order, are not returnable for exchange or refund. No exceptions! Please, carefully follow our instructions on "how to measure" as described on our belt page.
    
3.  Items ordered with options such as tooling, stamping, decorative stitching, etc. are considered special order items and are NOT returnable for exchange or refund. Only items ordered in their standard configuration qualify for product refund or exchange. If you have any questions on what is or what isn't returnable, then please call and ask before ordering.
    
4. Items returned for refund, must be returned within the 10 day inspection period following delivery to your address in the original packaging you received it in.  Please return in the original packaging to prevent damage.  Products damaged during return shipping will void any guarantee. Exchanges must be made within 30 days.

Original or return shipping charges are not subject to refund or reimbursement. Returns made after the 10 day inspection period, not to exceed 30 days from date of sale, will be accepted for exchange only! That is providing the item is both unused and in as new condition. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Special order items, belts made to your individual sizing specifications are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Product Usage Information

Seth's Gun Leather holsters are constructed to fit standard factory equipped guns only. Modifications or additions to your firearm including sights or any alteration to the frame or external dimensions of the gun itself may render the holster unsafe and increase the risk of an accidental discharge. Seth's Gun Leather holsters are made individually and specifically to fit a single make and model of handgun and are marked accordingly. At no time should a handgun other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is made be used in a Seth's Gun Leather Holster. It is the users responsibility throughout the life of the holster to check for proper fit and retention.  If any Seth's Gun Leather holster becomes worn, loose or ill fitting with age, you should cease use immediately.

Military & LEO Usage:  If you damage your Seth's Product in the line of duty, let us know.  It will be replaced at no charge.  Our way of saying "Thank you!"

Because Seth's Gun Leather has no control over how its holsters and/or accessories will be used, or who they will be used by after their purchase, we disclaim any and all liability for incidental or consequential damages to person (s) and/or property resulting from the use of any Seth's Gun Leather product. You should understand that the decision you make to carry a firearm, either for sport or for personal defense, carries with it a certain amount of risk and potential for injury or death. Therefore, it would be advisable that you seek out and acquire proper training before using any firearm or firearm related product.

The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product purchased. Upon purchase of holsters and accessories, the purchaser and/or user assumes all risks as to the performance of the product. If the product is purchased for a specific use, the buyer and not the manufacturer, is solely responsible for the determination of the fitness of suitability of the product for such use.
